Mini hand crafted authentic medieval wine skin with wooden stopper leather flask bladder ALL NATURAL
Mini hand crafted authentic medieval wine skin with wooden stopper leather flask bladder ALL NATURAL
$47.96 $63.94
This leather wine skin has been hand crafted from all natural materials as a replica of authentic medieval drink-ware. The leather for this flask was prepared using traditional methods to harden it and make it water proof. To keep authentic we refrain from using plastic.
This item has been made by a trade pursemaker. Pursemaking is a dying art as trade schools close and workers are replaced by machines. Here you have a unique chance to purchase a beautiful, hand tooled, hand sewn item.
Fill it with water or wine and hang it on your neck to have a genuine prop and also to keep you from getting thirsty when touring markets or participating in medieval reenactment.
capacity: 150 ml = 5 oz
height: 11 cm = 4 1/3"
width: 9 cm = 3 1/2"
Color of the waterskin can be a little different that that on the picture – all depends how the leather react on bee wax.
