Made from two layers of Norwegian pine, cross glued together fro greater durability. Handler covers whole parts of shields and more support to the shields construction. Edge covered with thick leather for preventing damaging the edge of the shield. Shield covered with thick linen on the front. This shield would be great for Reenactment costumes, Renaissance & Medieval festivals, Halloween or to have a piece of your Viking heritage. It can even hang on the wall as rustic piece of historic style art.
